This place is amazing! The location is perfect, right beside the old wall of the ancient city. It's not far from most of the Chiang Mai attractions, including the infamous Chiang Mai walking street night bazaar. The staff here are incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any needs. The hotel offers a wide range of services, from room service to car hire, as well as amenities like air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar in the rooms. The dining options are excellent, with a restaurant offering a delicious continental breakfast and a bar/lounge area to relax in. And let's not forget about the leisure facilities - a spa & wellness center, sauna, swimming pool, and jacuzzi are all available for guests to enjoy. this hotel provides top-notch service and comfort for a truly luxurious stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Orchid Hotel Sha Extra Plus. the lobby exuded charm with its Victorian furniture, and our room was enormous with a huge bed. I slept like a baby thanks to the blackout curtains and the cleanliness of the floors. the staff, especially one particular gentleman, were kind and always ready to help. the hotel's location was ideal, with malls nearby and within walking distance. the buffet breakfast had a wide variety of delicious food and drinks. We felt pampered and the price was affordable. the Chinese restaurant on-site served a great dim sum buffet.

Kudos to the management for maintaining the hotel so well. Cons: Nothing that I didn't like 😊.
